1. Information we collect
- Contact info you give us directly — name, email, and phone number, through the Register, Inquire, Book a Call, and Feature Request forms.
- Account information — when you register, we collect your name, email, and self-reported portfolio size.
- Portfolio data you upload or connect — property addresses, rent rolls, tenant names, lease terms, and financial figures (NOI, expenses, taxes). This is your data, and we use it to power your dashboard.
- Usage information — general browser/device information and page activity, collected through standard web server and hosting logs.
- Communications — anything you send us through a form on the site or directly by email.
2. How we use it
- To create and operate your account and dashboard.
- To respond to inquiries, schedule calls, and process feature requests.
- To send service-related notifications, like registration confirmations.
- To improve the product and understand how it's used.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Third-party services we use
We rely on a small set of providers to operate ROA CRE. Each processes limited data on our behalf, under their own privacy and security practices:
- Supabase — account authentication and data storage.
- EmailJS — transactional email notifications.
- Netlify — hosting and form submissions.
- Calendly — call scheduling.
4. Data sharing
We don't share your contact or portfolio information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share information only with the service providers listed above, solely to operate the platform, or where required by law.
5. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing christian@roacre.com.
6. Your choices
You can review, correct, or request deletion of your personal information by contacting us. If you're located in the EU/UK or California, you may have additional rights under GDPR or CCPA — including the right to access, delete, or restrict our use of your data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including relying on providers with their own security practices (Supabase, Netlify). No system is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security of information you provide.
8. Children's privacy
ROA CRE is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page.
