Christian Roa

Christian Roa grew up in Houston's Memorial area and studied finance at Texas A&M before pursuing a career as a professional baseball pitcher, appearing in the majors with both the Miami Marlins and Houston Astros organizations. He currently plays in the Houston Astros organization at the Triple-A level with the Sugar Land Space Cowboys.

Alongside baseball, Christian serves as Manager / Director of Strategic Initiatives at Roalty 1 Properties, his family's Houston commercial real estate business, where he works alongside his father, Michael Roa, focused on higher-level operations, systems and automation, financial oversight, and process improvement. That hands-on work surfaced the same problem over and over: rent rolls in one spreadsheet, financials in another, no single place to see the whole picture clearly.

ROA CRE started as his answer to that problem — built first to organize his own portfolio, then opened up for other landlords and small property managers to use directly.
