Christian Roa

Christian Roa grew up in Houston's Memorial area and studied finance at Texas A&M before pursuing a career as a professional baseball pitcher. He currently plays in the Houston Astros organization at the Triple-A level with the Sugar Land Space Cowboys.
Alongside baseball, Christian is a principal at Roalty 1 Properties, his family's Houston commercial real estate business, where he works with his father, Michael Roa, managing and growing their portfolio. That hands-on work surfaced the same problem over and over: rent rolls in one spreadsheet, financials in another, no single place to see the whole picture clearly.
ROA CRE started as his answer to that problem, built first to organize his own portfolio, then opened up for other landlords and small property managers to use directly.
